1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use chamberktv.com, the booking website of Chamber KTV by Bad Boys Wingz at Level 1, The Terraces, Ayala Center Cebu, Philippines. By using the site or booking a room through it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you book for a group, you accept these terms on behalf of everyone in your booking.
Your visit itself is covered by the House Rules shown when you book and posted at the venue.
2. Using the site
- You must be 18 or older to book or pay on the site. If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian to book for you.
- Give accurate details. We use your name, mobile number, and email address to confirm and manage your booking.
- Book only rooms you intend to use. We may cancel bookings made with false or misleading details.
- Don't misuse the site: no automated or bulk bookings, no copying the site's data with bots, no attempts to break or probe its security, and nothing unlawful or abusive in the notes you send us.
3. Booking & payment
- The booking calendar shows current availability, but a booking is confirmed only after your 50% deposit is paid.
- Pay your deposit using the options shown on your booking page. Online payments go through Maya's secure checkout, and we never see or store your card or e-wallet details.
- The remaining balance, plus any food, drinks, or extra time, is settled at the venue. Orders you place from your phone during your visit are added to your room's bill.
- Rooms are charged hourly or on a consumable basis, depending on the room, at the prices shown when you book. All prices are subject to a 3% service charge.
- If a price on the site is clearly wrong because of an error, we'll tell you before your visit, and you may cancel for a full refund of your deposit.
4. Cancellations & changes
- Deposits are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed.
- No-shows are charged in full for the room and time reserved.
- To change the date, time, or room size, ask at least 24 hours before your booking. Changes are subject to availability.
- If unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or power outages, stop your booking from going ahead, you may rebook or request a refund.
5. Your time slot
- Arriving late doesn't extend your booked time.
- If you arrive more than one hour late without telling us beforehand, your booking may be forfeited without a refund.
- Extensions depend on the room being free after your slot. To request one, tell our staff at least 30 minutes before your time ends.
6. Site content
The Chamber KTV name, logo, photos, and text on this site belong to Chamber KTV by Bad Boys Wingz. Please don't copy them for commercial use without our permission. Guest reviews quoted on the site come from Google and remain their authors' own words. We keep menus, prices, photos, and hours up to date, but they can change, and we correct mistakes when we find them.
7. Other services
Online payments run through Maya, and links on the site lead to Google Maps and reviews, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and TikTok. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for them.
8. Liability
- We work to keep the site available and accurate, but it may occasionally be unavailable, for example during maintenance.
- To the extent the law allows, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site.
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines, or any liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud or gross negligence.
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you book is the one that applies to your booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
