- Your details travel over encrypted connections, and only authorised people can open your booking.
1. Who we are and what this covers
Chamber KTV by Bad Boys Wingz, at Level 1, The Terraces, Ayala Center Cebu, Philippines, runs this website and is responsible for the personal data described here. This policy covers our booking website, chamberktv.com: browsing it, booking and paying for a room, and ordering to your room from your phone. We handle your data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the rules of the National Privacy Commission.
2. What we collect
- Your booking details: your name, mobile number, and email address, plus a company name and notes if you choose to add them; and the room, date, time, party size, and any food you pre-order.
- Payment confirmation: if you pay online, you pay on Maya's secure checkout. We receive confirmation of the payment and its amount, never your card number or e-wallet login.
- In-room orders: what you order to your room from your phone, linked to your booking.
- Anonymous site statistics: counts such as page views, which can't identify you (see section 6).
The site never asks for government IDs, birthdays, or other sensitive personal information.
3. How we use it
- To reserve your room, take your deposit, and confirm your booking.
- To contact you about your booking, for example to confirm it or arrange a change.
- To prepare your room and any food you pre-ordered, and to serve your in-room orders.
- To keep the records that Philippine tax and accounting rules require.
- To see, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
We don't use your details for advertising, and we never sell them.
4. How we protect it
Keeping your details safe is the reason this policy exists. This is what protects them:
- Encrypted connections. The whole site runs over HTTPS, so what you type into the booking form is encrypted on its way to us.
- Payments stay with Maya. When you pay online, you do it on Maya's own secure checkout, so your card and e-wallet details never pass through our website or booking system.
- Authorised access only. Your booking is kept in a secured booking system. Only authorised people can open it, each signing in with their own account, and only to run your booking.
- A private link for your booking. Your booking page opens only through a private link created for your booking.
- Nothing on public display. The booking calendar shows only which times are taken, never other guests' names or contact details.
No website can promise perfect security, so we also plan for the worst: if a breach ever puts your personal data at risk, we will tell you and the National Privacy Commission, as the law requires.
5. Who we share it with
- Maya, our online payment provider, which processes payments under its own privacy policy.
- Our booking-system provider, which runs the system that stores and processes bookings for us. The system is hosted on Amazon Web Services servers in Singapore, so your booking data is stored outside the Philippines. Wherever it's stored, we remain responsible for it under the Data Privacy Act.
- Government authorities, only when the law requires it.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
6. Cookies, browser storage & statistics
- No cookies, no tracking. The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools.
- Anonymous statistics. A small counter built into the site records page views and similar events without cookies and without identifying you, so we can see how the site is used overall.
- What your browser remembers. Your light or dark theme choice and, if you order to your room, your room reference and a temporary session key, so you stay connected to your room when you refresh the page. These are stored in your browser, and you can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data.
- Google Fonts. Our pages load their fonts from Google, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which see your IP address.
- Other sites. Links to Maya, Google Maps and reviews, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and TikTok take you to services with their own privacy policies.
7. Legal basis
We use your booking details because we need them to take and fulfil your booking (our contract with you), and to meet legal obligations such as tax record-keeping. We run the anonymous statistics and the site's security measures based on our legitimate interest in a safe, working website. These are lawful grounds under Section 12 of the Data Privacy Act. If we ever want to use your details for anything else, such as sending you promotions, we will ask for your consent first.
8. How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet Philippine tax and accounting record-keeping rules. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous. What your browser stores stays there until you clear it.
9. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed; to access, correct, object to, block, or erase your personal data; to data portability; and to be indemnified for damage from unlawful processing. To use any of these rights, contact us (section 10). We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we never hand your details to someone else. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
