How do I book a room?
Book online from the Booking section — pick your room, date, start time, and duration, add any pre-orders, then pay the deposit to confirm. You can also reach us at 0949 351 8802.
How much is the deposit and how do I pay?
A 50% deposit confirms your reservation, paid online via Maya. The balance and any extra consumables are settled at the venue.
Is the deposit refundable?
No — deposits are non-refundable, and no-shows are charged in full.
Can I reschedule or change my booking?
Yes — changes to the time, date, or room size can be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
What does “consumable” mean?
Most rooms are booked on a consumable basis — a minimum spend on food and drinks that goes toward what your group orders, rather than a separate room charge. Pre-orders you make during booking count toward it; you're never paying twice.
How many people fit in a room?
Rooms range from an intimate 6-seater up to 25 guests in the Premium Billiards Room. Each room's capacity is shown on the Rooms page.
What are your hours?
Monday–Thursday, 11 AM–12 MN, and Friday–Sunday, 11 AM–4 AM. Parking is available 24/7.
Do you serve food and drinks?
Yes — the full Bad Boys Wingz kitchen (wings, burgers, mains, and more) plus Bauhinia beer on tap and signature cocktails. Browse the Menu, and catch Happy Hour daily 4 PM–8 PM.
Is there an age requirement?
Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 and above, and valid government-issued ID may be required.
