📜 Terms & Conditions

• 🔒 Booking Policy — A 50% down payment is required to secure your booking. Reservations are confirmed only after payment.
• ❌ Cancellation & Refund — All down payments are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full.
• 🔄 Changes & Rebooking — Changes (time, date, room size) must be requested at least 24 hours before the booking and are subject to availability.
• ⏳ Time & Usage — Late arrivals will not extend the reserved time. If guests arrive over one hour late, the reservation may be forfeited without a refund unless prior notice is given. Extensions are always subject to availability — even once you're in the room, we can only extend it if it isn't reserved after your slot. To request one, tell staff at least 30 minutes before your time ends.
• ⚠️ Force Majeure — If unforeseen events (e.g., disasters, power outages) occur, customers may rebook or request a refund.

🎤 House Rules

• 🧼 Cleanliness & Hygiene — No vomiting, urinating, or spitting inside the KTV room. A ₱5,000 cleaning fee applies for violations. Keep the room clean and undamaged.
• 🍽️ Food & Drinks — Outside food and drinks are prohibited. Corkage fees range from ₱500–₱5,000. Cakes have no corkage. One whole lechon is allowed free; lechon belly is not allowed. Additional lechon ₱1,500.
• 🎈 Decorations & Party Items — Decorations require prior approval and may be set up 15 minutes before reservation time. Only masking tape is allowed—no glue or damaging adhesives. Party poppers, confetti, and glitter are prohibited.
• 🎶 Equipment & Property Care — Handle microphones, TV, and sound system with care. Damage fees range from ₱10,000 to ₱100,000. Do not tamper with wiring or system settings.
• 🚫 Proper Conduct — Fighting, lewd acts, vandalism, or disruptive behavior will result in removal and a permanent ban.
• 🔒 Security — Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged valuables.
